I was very proud to receive a 'highly commended' award by the judges, and to be voted the visitors Favourite Artist at the British Society Painters Exhibition at Ilkley.

I exhibited a number of animal studies in watercolour and graphite, and to come first out of 224 artists was quite remarkable considering some of Britain's leading artists were showing their best work.

'The Shepherd' was voted best painting by members of the public at this year's Gargrave Show

Exhibitions planned for 2013:

Come and see me at 'Handpicked Hall' Skipton, every Saturday from 10:00 till 17:00.
Not during April. Next on Saturday 4th May.
(Held in the old Co-op building facing the bus station).

Yorkshire Game fair 26th and 27th May in Newby Hall near Ripon.

Kilnsey show 27th August.
